Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid return label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to a local Post Office or designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
